The Catfish Institute (TCI) is the national trade organization representing U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish, the nation's number-one farmed finfish. When Ramey became TCI's agency of record in 2006, change was shaking the industry in the form of new competition from Asia. The U.S. market was being flooded by cheap and inferior imports that American consumers could not tell apart from domestic catfish.
