By January 2008, improvements in employee morale, organization and patient care had given Ramey and our client partners the confidence to begin an ongoing public branding campaign. The results of that campaign show a dramatic change in the medical center's ability to attract insured patients. In just the first two years, consumer perception of UMC as an excellent hospital increased by 50%. And over that time, usage of the hospital's services by insured patients doubled.
