POSITION SUMMARY: The Ramey Agency is seeking an Associate Media Director with at least 6 years of traditional and digital planning experience. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities will include management of planners and buyers, development of media strategy and other monthly media management duties.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree required, or recognized equivalent in work experience
- 6+ years of agency media experience
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of different types of media (e.g. print, Web, broadcast)
- Superior supervisory and management skills
- In-depth understanding of media planning, negotiation, implementation and performance analysis
- Exemplary communication skills (persuasive written, compelling oral)
- Smart+ and Advantage software experience a huge plus
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong analytical, written, communication and organizational skills
